What we do
Kanban Global exists for one thing: making the Kanban Method learned through practice. Instead of slides, you play, simulate, decide and measure. The platform brings together interactive experiences, the Kanban Game, challenges, a flow health check and an AI coach. For those who want to go further, we offer a live course, our own certification and implementation consulting.
How we teach
Every concept follows the same cycle: learn, decide, simulate, measure, understand and improve. The tools use the real metrics of the method (WIP, lead time, throughput, CFD), and the game is verified by server-side replay, which keeps the leaderboard and the certification fair.
The certification
The Kanban Global credential is issued by us and is independent of other certifying organizations. There are four levels, from KG Foundations to KGCT. The professional levels combine a theory exam with a practical gate in the Kanban Game, and every credential is publicly verifiable. We say this plainly because we believe a credential is worth what it measures, not the seal on it.

What is Kanban.Global?
A platform for practicing Kanban. Instead of a recorded course, it brings together a game, interactive experiences, decision missions, analysis tools and a community, all along the same thread: learning by deciding and seeing the consequence.
Do I have to pay to use it?
Most of it is free: the Kanban Game, the nine interactive experiences, the learning paths, the missions, the community and the e-book only ask for a free account. Premium features and the exams from KGCP up are paid (KG Foundations is free), and the platform says which is which on screen.
Are you affiliated with Kanban University?
No. Kanban.Global is independent. The content follows the Kanban Method as formulated by David J. Anderson and flow metrics in the sense of Daniel Vacanti, but the platform certificates attest to practice done here, not third-party official certification.
Which languages does the platform support?
Portuguese, English and Spanish. The language is detected from the country you browse from and can be changed at any time in the top switcher, and your manual choice wins.
How do you handle my data?
What the account needs to work, and nothing beyond it. The analysis tools process your files inside your own browser, without sending anything to a server. The details are in the privacy policy.
