Frequently asked questions
Do I have to pay to take part?
No. The community is free and only asks for an account, the same one that unlocks the Kanban Game, the interactive experiences and the learning paths.
How does the ranking work?
By merit, not volume. Your best score is what counts, so playing many times does not accumulate points. Beating your own record does.
What is the weekly challenge?
A featured mission that changes every week. It gives the community a meeting point: everyone practicing the same concept at the same time, with comparable results.
Can I ask questions as a beginner?
You can, and you are welcome to. The questions and answers area exists precisely for people stuck on something in their own flow. A beginner question is usually the one others were embarrassed to ask.
Is there moderation?
There is. The community guidelines apply to everyone, and the space is kept for learning together. Sales content, personal attacks and organized vote inflation are removed.
What languages does the community run in?
The platform is available in Portuguese, English and Spanish, and members write in their own language. The ranking and the season are global.
